Now there's a more functions in plugin

Here is what did i do;

SleepHeals 1.1
- Language system added. You can change the plugin language in the configuration file.
- EN, TR, DE, ES, FR, IT, PT, RU, ZH, JA, KO, Languages added.
- You can now enable or disable the plugin by changing the "enable" value to "true" or "false" in config.yml.
- And some improvements.
