Sorry this update took so long to get done. There was a lot of learning involved in this update and then real life happened.

A couple minor changes

• Refactored to use Maven
• Removed hard dependency for 1.18 (SleepEZ is intended to be a legacy type plugin)
• Tested and working for Java 8 and up

I am exited to announce a full, feature filled release for SleepEZ!

-Added options for Number or Percent of sleepers
-Added options for Time-Lapse <<< ( This is my favorite part!)
-Added option for ending storms
-Added option for allowing sleep with hostile mobs near
-Added ability to reload config
-Added commands to change config values (available for players and console)
-Added permission for player command use (sleepez.admin)
-Added permission to let a player sleep without others also sleeping (sleepez.sleepmaster)
-Changed sleepez.bypass permission to sleepez.ignoreplayer (Admins, please make sure that you update this for players with the old .bypass permission)

SleepEZ is now compatible with 1.8 - 1.13 servers

Note: If you are updating from 0.1.0 you will need to refresh your config.

Fixed a bug where it would output the wrong percentage to the consol

Fixed a bug where it was grabbing the percent value from the config as an int rather than a double and always needing 0% to skip night.
Fixed a bug where it output a decimal as the percent instead of a whole number. (e.g. .5% instead of 50%)
