Small quality of life update.
- Added physical block deletion of arena signs, when an arena is deleted through the `delete` command
- Added ability to remove all spawns from an arena from all available teams using `/sw arena remove spawn <Arena>`

Update may not be considered worth upgrading to, but can leverage the setup experience.

This is a beta version, breaking changes can occur with any update.
The new Skywarz is not compatible with legacy versions (< 2.0).

Hey,
The new Big Bug Fix Update is out!
That will be fixed:
+ No crashes more! (with /sw finish...)
+ Chests are filled in every round (BUG FIX)
+ Spectator can no longer open the chests. (BUG FIX)
+ Many simple bugs will fix now!

At the first reload / restart with this version, all games are CONVERTED! Automatically!
