Added voting for game options and some other various stuff. Try it out!

The plugin now supports schem files.

I fixed some things, the plugin should work better now.

The plugin now supports pasting 1.8 schematic files in 1.13+

Now schematics work in 1.13. Note that .schem files don't have support yet, but schematic files now work in 1.13+

I added the create and delete subcommands again.

This version introduces the multi arena system. It may have bugs.
