Fixed a small bug. Use this update!

Added an "admin override" for splash potions and lingering potions, meaning OPed players can use them if enabled in the config.yml. Will make this a permission node in the next update. Also removed the javadoc from the jar so it should be much smaller now! Be sure to delete your current config.yml before updating.

Note: I am planning a MASSIVE re-write of this plugin because most of it is spaghetti code tbh. That will be in update 1.6! Coming "soon" :3...

The plugin now has Bstats enabled!
