It's just bugfixes and enhancements nothing else.

In this update, I added a few more config options and a reload command that reloads the skript.
I made an error system which checks the config when reloading and sends a message to the player who reloaded the server and console!

! Check your permissions because i changed them from chat.xx to yaca.xx !

This is the most significant update yet I have added Cooldown to the plugin and rewritten some of the skript!
I have modified the /staffchat command to make it send messages to the staff chat and even more!
Now back to the Cooldown, I added a new command /cooldown which can toggle cooldown it works with the console!
You can turn on the cooldown by default or turn it on whenever you want with a command!

This update gives you the ability to block certain words.
Also I have rewritten some code so it should work better and its easier to translate the skript!
If you were using the previous version check the permissions for bypassing the chat disabling and filter, but the rest of it should work without any problems just replace the file
