Just added UUID support

"Hey there! I got bored and decided to create a warning system where you can list, remove, clear, and add warnings to players. This addon does NOT support UUID (I added it) but it will in fact ban and kick the player if you meet the certain amount of warns. I tried to keep things small and configurable and to change the warn limits please change the settings in the .SK file. This is probably one of the better Skripts i'm uploading so please, if there is a problem tell me in a review.
