Fixed a message where the Skript would tell you it's not updated, when it actually was.

In other words, fixed this:

In this update, I've completely fixed all the issues I've noticed when using the Skript, and added more features. These include:

• New permissions, both for administrators and for regular staff members, for them to view filtered messages.

• Customisable prefix and colours!

• Update available messages! Updates are now visible to administrators so they can update the skript to the lastest version to patch bugs and issues.
