A script to manage chat.

A script to manage chat!

Functions:
/chat on - Enables the chat
/chat off - Disables the chat
/chat clear - Clears the chat
/chat blockword <word> - Blocks a word
/chat unblockword <word> - Removes a word from the blocked words list
/chat blockedwordslist - Shows list of blocked words
/mute <player> <reason> <timespan> - Mutes a player
/unmute <player> <reason> - Unmutes a player
/chat mutelist - Shows list of muted players

When the chat is disabled, even /me can't do anything!

When typed, blocked words are replaced with "[CENSORED]"

Permissions:
- chat.write (write on chat when it's disabled)
- chat.enable (enable or disable chat)
- chat.me (can write on /me)
- chat.clear (can clear the chat)
- chat.blockword (can block or unblock a word)
- chat.mute (can mute or unmute a player)
