broadcasting killstreak didn't work correctly, it's fixed now

Added broadcast option what you need enable from admin panel first!

Kill counter store data with UUID, so name change not broke this anymore.
Almost every variable name changed. But if you have old versio. you can download this and start to use. If you make kill (like kill pig) the old data is automatically transferred to the new variables. Kill reward is now changeable, you can use item reward or money reward. The code was compressed, so it is a little smaller but much better.
