This Staff Chat system is a very simple and sleek design.Features:
- Nicely designed Staff Chat
- A /smsg command where players can /msg all staff online

This project is very small and probably won't be updated often. If you want a highly updated skript with Staff Chat and Chat Optimization included, I recommend DogeSK.
This project has been tested on 1.16 and in theory should work on any version that supports the latest Skript.
