When this skript version has a fourth number higher then 0 it is a bug fix update.

In this update:

1.1.31 : Added the /chatcontrol mentionPlayers and /chatcontrol mentionPlayersSound to the /chatcontrol help list.

1.1.32: Fixed a bug when a player mentioned another player and spammed with this you still hear the 'pling' but the player who's spamming gets a message with 'please don't spam...'
