You can't unban players. It's not set to UUID meaning players can easily bypass the ban. You still see the join message when a banned player joins the game. And there is no cooldown for reports meaning anyone can just pop into the game and spam report someone and annoy all the staff.

You should really test your scripts before uploading them.
