Fix bukkit logger for commands

Update to bukkit logger

Updated vCompatUpdater

Updated to latest vCompat Updater and vCompat version
Added support for 1.17 and 1.18

Removed debug messages

Moved skin updating and downloading to another thread to prevent the server from hanging up
