This datapack adds a few features like:
- Converts Nth skeleton into a wither skeleton
- Control the Y level the skeletons will convert at.
- Control how many skeletons are required before it will convert
- Skeletons spawned from spawners will NOT convert into wither skeletons

To install:

1. Goto %appdata%
2. open saves folder
3. open datapacks folder
4. Drag and drop "Skelle+Wither" folder into the datapacks folder
5. type /reload
6. profit! And get scared every 10th skeleton.
