Sorry I did something wrong with the update on spigotmc...

A lot of code improvements and now removes all chairs on plugin disable (shutdown/reload).

I just got contacted with the bug, that you can avoid damage by using /sit inside the air while falling, so you shouldnt be able to use /sit anymore when you are not on the ground
If you had the first version, pls delete the config file, because one parameter got renamed
