HTTP 403 response bug fixed.
Bug fixed where the plugin would not enable if it couldn't connect to github to get the latest version number.

If the server can't make a connection to check the version, it will simply not check the version at all from now on.
(This will happen to Minehut servers who are using the plugin, or other services that block servers from doing connections)

Fixed Netherite items. Plugin only supports 1.13+ versions now.
If you need any version from 1.9 till 1.12, download plugin versions from 1.2.1 and previously. Your server has to be version below 1.13!

Optional Diagonal ores, cancel if player is sneaking and bug fixing.
  1. Added a optional check for diagonal ores on the config.yml
  2. Added a optional cancel if the player is sneaking on the config.yml
  3. Fixed the experience that is dropped. (Previously the vein was not dropping any experience the ores were supposed to drop)
