Ops are able to run a /crash command that will force a stock market crash command

ops are also able to do /stock opgive <playername> <amount> that will let them give a player free stocks

players are now able to use /stock give <playername> <Amount> to give another player some of their stocks

Fixed a few errors, you could sell more stocks than you owned oops
