This plugin is very simple, just msg.
You don't know how to use a msg plugin? You are an idiot.
But i'll show you how to use it anyways
1. Install the plugin
2. Put the plugin in your "plugins" folder of your server
3. Start the server
4. Execute the command: /msg <player> <message>

It's really simple.
