Installation:
1. Download this plugin
2. Upload it to your Server in the plugins folder
3. Reload your Server

Features:
1. All commands have permissions.
2. Massage any Player privately!
3. Reply with own command!

It supports: 1.8 - 1.16!

Commands:
- /msg <player> <message> (Sends a private message to a player)
- /r <message> (Replies to the last message)

Permissions:
- simplemessage.message (Allows the Group with this Permission to use the /msg command)
- simplemessage.reply (Allows the Group with this Permission to use the /r command)
