Bump dependencies and fix bug with lang.yml parsing error when changing lang.yml values.

Very small update, including some dependency bumps, added distribution management, and a maven compiler fix.

SimpleHomes now supports Minecraft 1.17+
This update has no major changes but clarifies version support for 1.17.
