This is a very simple plugin that allows you to display help and periodically display rules in chat.

How to use?
/help:display help
/rule:display rule
/helpchange <Content>
/rulechange <Content>
/ruletime <true/false/set> time:Change the time that rules are displayed in chat periodically.
/helpreload: reload config ※if you want to completely reload, please restart the server.

✅This plugin has a config file even though it was created by a beginner.
