Nicknames are now saved to `nicknames.yml` automatically on a configurable interval (default: every 5 minutes). No more lost nicknames on crash!

New config options (like `nickname-save-interval-seconds`) are automatically added to existing `config.yml` files without overwriting your current settings.
- Improved Shutdown Safety*
Fixed a critical bug where the plugin tried to schedule a task during shutdown, causing errors. Shutdown logic is now fully compliant with the Spigot lifecycle.

Periodic removal of nicknames for offline players.
