Setting tax to 0.0 no longer sends crashes.

Added a simple tax option in the config to take a bit of xp so people cant abuse it

So, I didn't realize that I put the wrong plugin last update. My bad lol
Anyway, I reworked some of the code and did some changes to error messages.

Fixed a bug where it literally spams your console if you right-click without any items in your hand.
