Added the ability to disable specific slots for trading so players cannot trade items in specific slots. Just use /blacklisttradeslot (add/remove) (slot #)

Added a customization to the trade menu as well as some bug fixes and addition config. Simply type /edittrade and edit the items in the trade menu.

Added several bug fixes as well as some customization in config. Will be adding much more customization soon.

Fixed some major flaws.
