Update 3.0
So with this huge update I added some new cool things and fixed some bugs.
- Added /tpatoggle command.
- Added /simpletpa command - help menu
- Added /simpletpa about command - information about the version
- Added wait time before the actual teleport
- Changed the permission nodes TO simpletpa.
- Added seperate messages for tpahere command
- Added new design in the main page of the plugin
- Added sounds and effects(the effects are still developed)
