Easily convert suffixes into cosmetics

After a few requests, I've decided to code a simple plugin that allows server owners to convert suffixes into simple cosmetics with custom permissions.. They are divided in to categories (custom) so you can organise them in seasons, events, etc. Another thing I had in mind while coding this was to make it easy to set up and hence instead of having long commands, the plugin will be guiding you through the set up.

User Commands:
• /suffixes Opens suffix GUI

Admin Commands:
• /sadmin [create/remove] [suffix/category] Start process of creating or removing a suffix or category.
