Allows you to repair your items using a command./repair tool <number of durability> will repair the tool you are holding
/repair boots <number of durability> will repair the boots you are wearing
/repair leggings <number of durability> will repair the leggings you are
wearing
/repair chestplate <number of durability> will repair the chestplate you are wearing
/repair helmet <number of durability> will repair the helmet you are wearing
/repair boots <number of durability> will repair the boots you are wearing
