Added new built-in placeholders:

• %world%
• %x%
• %y%
• %z%

Added %ping% placeholder in standalone mode.

If PlaceholderAPI is detected on your server, it is used instead.

Updated plugin to properly handle the new NMS packages, now supports Minecraft 1.17 and hopefully all other coming versions ( #4)

In this update new placeholders for the name of the player and the current TPS of the server are added as requested in #3.

Added support for RGB Hex colors in the configurable messages.

They can be used like this: "&#AABBCC".
If you want to have for any reason "&#AABBCC" as literal text you can escape it by prefixing it with a backslash like this: "\&#AABBCC"
