Your checking if the MESSAGE is a name and is looping the players everytime someone chats which is not a good way.
Good mention code would detect if they:
- Say the name
- Contain the name (with a space in front or behind to prevent like the name being "hipp" and them typing "hippo")
- Not loop everything whenever they chat
