A very simple and useful plugin who add a "Launch" command who help you teleport higher (This is a beta version and I don't recommend using it with other plugins who has a "Launch" or "lch" commands).
also, you can write a number after the command and fly further and higher
(Do not write a number higher then 900 because it could crash your server)
