A plugin allows you to give items / commands to all the players which supports generating random num- Fixed an error occurred when sending items on 1.9- servers
- PlaceholderAPI placeholders support.
- Hex color code support
- Multi-line output with separator "||" now available in some messages
- Note: Changed player placeholder %player% to %player_all%.

- Fixed random command not work.
- Now can disable a message by setting it to '' or removing it.
