Friendsystem

Commands:
/friend add <Spielername> | Sende einem Spieler eine Freundschaftsanfrage.
/friend remove <Spielername> | Lösche einen Freund von deiner Freundesliste.
/friend accept <Spielername> | Nimm eine Freundschaftsanfrage eines Spielers an.
/friend deny <Spielername> | Lehne eine Freundschaftsanfrage eines Spielers ab.

Permissions:
Jeder Spieler darf allen eine Freundschaftsanfrage senden.
