Simple dailry reward plugin, that can dispatch commands.Daily Reward

This is one of my first plugins.
At the moment there are three tiers of VIP rewards and a default one.
Everything is fully customizable (except the time, it's DailyReward, right?)
This plugin was mainly developed just for dispatching commands.
Known issues:
You can set up permissions and messages in config.yml.
