I have considered adding custom items to item whitelist, but in order to keep the skript as light-weight as possible, this will not be added, at least in this update. Looping a large amount of item NBT is dangerous.

-Added an Admin GUI to enable/disable plugin, on demand clearlag, and whitelisted items edit
-Whitelisted items list added, whitelisted items will not be cleared
-Whitelisted items support vanilla items, you can easily add any item with the GUI

-Small change to warning broadcasts
