You can use Simple Clearchat in those Versions now: 1.8.x, 1.12.x, 1.16.x
I added 1.17.x Support and removed the Permission for the normal /clearchat, but for /acc /allclearchat there still an Permission (simpleclear.all.use)

- simpleclearchat.all.use

- You can now clear the all chat with /acc or /allclearchat
