What is the plugin?
It is a simple plugin that allows you to make broadcast messages with the added option with a hover feature on the broadcast that allows you to customise to your needs


Commands:

/broadcast <message> | Permission: simple.broadcast.use
/sbreload | Permission: simple.broadcast.reload
