Simple Auto Exec -----
Plugin that automatically executes any commands on server startRelease 3.0
- Added /flagexec command, which flags the command from the list
- Added flags, which tell the plugin with what conditions to execute the commands
- Added /flagexeclist command, which shows all available flags
- Added several pre-added commands that are banned from the list
- All permissions were renamed to have "sae." in the start of the name
- Made several changes that are too unimportant to be worth mentioning

Flags:
- "Banned", makes command unaddable to the list and unexecutable by the console
- "Banned", makes command unaddable to the list and unexecutable by the console
- "OnPlayerJoin", tells to execute a command whenever a player joins
- "OnPlayerDeath", tells to execute a command whenever a player dies
(Commands can be flagged from the start by adding a needed flag at the end of /addexec command)
