A simple plugin that allows players to send and receive mailv1.1
fixed all known bugs/crashes/errors
- switched over from Java 21 to Java 8
- switched from tchristofferson's ConfigUpdater to exlll's ConfigLib-paper
- added `/mail version` command to view current plugin version (permission `siliqonmail.version`)
- restructured a lot of code
- config/lang updaters now working
- other minor changes
