Improvements:

• Settings are now configurable in-game by using the command /sc settings, it will open a really cool GUI.
• Now you can configure a cool down to make players wait and avoid excessive farming. (Suggested by @Achaius)

Fixed:

• Error on the configuration causing Use.on-baby not to work correctly.
• Exploit that gave more feathers if spam clicking on chickens.

Improvements:

• Chickens are not going to drop extra feathers on death if they were previously sheared.
• If the chicken was previously sheared, players can feed them bread to restore their health. (This basically enables players to exchange bread for feathers. You can disable this feature in the configuration.)
