Delete Old-Config to regenerate a new one with the new features

Added a lot to this one. Still keeping it simple but more features that may come in handy.

[+] Simple death messages | Configurable like the other messages.
[+] Reload command | /sjreload to reload config in-game
[+] Reload Message | Configurable like the other messages.
[+] Only Player-Command Message | Message for only-player command(s)
[+] No Permission Message | Configurable like the other messages.
