adding permissions
I added the "sl2.vip" permission. When you add a permission to a player, it will appear after joining the VIP lobby. I also fixed the deletion bug
I tested the permissions with the help of LuckPerms

New version notification
I added a function that informs you when you start the server if you don't have an old version of the plug-in.
The function also works when a player with OP joins the server.
feature works since version 2.1
ps.: If you are installing the plugin around the time of release, it is possible that the latest version has not yet been registered. Spigot takes around 2-4 hours to register a new version.
VIP Lobby
I added a VIP lobby. You can now create vip lobby and then teloport to vip lobby.
Using:
- /lobby set vip - you add a lobby
- /lobby vip - teleports you to the VIP lobby
