Ever wanted to tell someone how you felt in game? Well now you can!
Just a little something someone special inspired me to create.
This plugin really isn't all that special. All it does is spawn some heart particles around a specified player for 4 sec and plays a ding sound.
It's not fantastic or anything and really isn't all that useful however it is quite handy if you just want to send someone some love. It could even be used on a server if someone buys a rank or makes a donation. The console can send this command it just changes the name from CONSOLE to Server.
