Minecraft 1.21 has changes that broke the 1.2 version of the datapack. Because of this, version 1.3 of the datapack will exclusively be available to Minecraft 1.21 and upwards.

Fixed a few problems that would make saplings destroy fences and other blocks under certain circumstances.
