Y según lo que me comentas, ya la incompatibilidad la generan los demás plugins que no permiten que se abran inventarios, ya por tu parte tendrías que pedir a esos plugins que haya una opción para permitir que se abran inventarios, si es que no lo tienen.

Hola, seguramente sucede porque el jugador es movido al entrar al servidor por alguna razón. Entra a tu config.yml y prueba poniendo la opción "CancelPlayerMovement" en "false".

Yup, I submitted a new update, now you can modify the pass length.
(I recommend you to delete your config.yml and messages.yml because I added some stuff)

About the pass, for more security it is encrypted with MD5 and is not reversible. If somebody forgets it, you can use the new commands that I added (/slg resetpin <player> or /slg setpin <player>).
