Fixed hologram appearing multiple times when other players are online

Fixed hologram exception when player is in another world

Added {crate} placeholder to the give-all message.
Can be used like:
give-all: "&6&l{player} &eJust gave everyone a &6{crate} &ekey!"

Added
- command /crate giveall {crate} {amount}
the {player} in the message is replaced either by the
player's name, or by CONSOLE
- max give amount 128 -> 200

If you are updating
- add this line to the messages in config.yml:
give-all: "&6&l{player} &eJust gave everyone a key!"
