To load the new ram template do /template load ram

Default templates are no longer compressed into one line.

You can now add world types to the blacklist.
No more scoreboards in the nether etc.

You can now define worlds to blacklist in the config.
Worlds on the blacklist won't have a sidebar scoreboard.
