Fixed a problem where /scload load <filename> [<world> <x> <y> <z>] -air could not be done trough console..

There are two new commands: @ Yukishiro, @ AfroNinjaSan, @ demon2749
/scload load <filename> [<world> <x> <y> <z>] -air
/scload load <filename> -air
You can use -air or -a.

If you are getting unknown message error, please delete file english.lng in ScLoad/language and restart the server.

Update checker now actually works and sends message to player, not console.. You can disable it in the config.

Config page now shows FAWE schem folder if it is enabled or disabled.

List schematics page now works, shows all avalible schematics without .schem.

And cleaned up the code a little bit.
I know, pretty underwhelming update, actual new stuff soon, i hope...

- If you want to use FAWE, set in the config "use-fastasyncworldedit-folder" to true and "use-worldedit-folder" to false.

Fixed that schematics would not build under the new 1.19 min height (-64 - 0).
Also, using WorldEdit 7.2.12, if anyone has problem with this, DM me.
