Physical Money Withdraw function added, so players can withdraw money as item. They can trade,store or deposit back to their bank accounts with right click.

There are some config changes, you can recreate the config.yml and gui.yml file or you can check discord to add changes to your current file.

You can now use cents in all your financial transactions.

If the player did not pay his debt on time, the lastPaymentDate of the debt did not change. It's now fixed.
