Does exactly as it says.

It's a simple baltop plugin. This would be PERFECT, except there is one MAJOR issue.

The plugin only shows the skin of the currently ONLINE players. Every other player head in the baltop GUI is alex/steve skins.

this plugin are very awesome in my public lifesteal server and i support you for making more plugins like this
